The board of online gambling and leisure group Leisure & Gaming plc has appointed Michael George Baird a director of the company with responsibility for financial matters.

Baird (42 ) previously served as the companys financial controller and is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in the financial services and gaming industries. Coincidentally, Giles Willits, who has served as a non-executive director, will be stepping down.
