In addition, there are eight more Hellenic customers to be added to the list of Boss-linked operators. These are: BetClick, Euro Telegroup, Hellenic Poker, Magic Number, Fun Time Bingo, Maharaja Club, Mr Poker and Fortuno.
Johan Berg, president and chief executive of Boss Media, said: “Succeeding with linking 10 new operators to our network in the first months of the year demonstrates that Boss Media has a highly competitive poker offering.”
The Italian Zest deal involves Boss furnishing the company with three games to be placed on their cabinets for the domestic market.
Roberto Cian, chief executive of Zest Gaming, said he was pleased to be able to offer Boss Media content on his companys hardware platform. "The platform is the most advanced in the market so together with Boss Media's superior graphics and game content, we will have an extremely competitive package," he said.
Ten concessions have been given by the Italian state for gaming operators, who collectively hold around 170 thousand gaming machines.
Henrik Sandin, manager of the interactive video terminal (IVT) division at Boss Media, said: “We are happy to join forces with Zest Gaming. This will strengthen our knowledge of one of the biggest markets in Europe. Not forgetting how beneficial this will be to us when the new virtual lottery terminal law comes in to place as we would already have a head start in learning what Italian players are looking for."
