iGAMI has issued the following cautionary regarding Maxima Casino.com:

"If you are a player and/or affiliate/marketer at Maxima Casino, you may wish to reconsider that relationship.

"It has come to our attention that this casino is currently experiencing difficulties paying its affiliate partners due to what appears to be a lack of funding. We have received complaints indicating that they are as much as three (3) months behind in paying affiliates..

"iGAMI inquired about this issue with Maxima management informing them that we had received complaints that affiliates were not being paid. We asked them to please verify or dispute those claims.

"Below is the response we received …

Quote:

'Unfortunately I have to confirm that at the moment we are having some funds problems due to some losses over the past couple of months. Since we are not transferring negative balance that our affiliates might produce during their affiliate work we have to cover all losses to our players and not charging our affiliates with the losses. The situation that we are in is temporary and we will pay all our affiliates as we did in the past and all we are asking is patience and understanding from our affiliates until we recover from this situation.

'At the same time I would like to thank you for your help in this matter and once again please be rest assured that affiliate payments will arrive.

Sincerely yours, Dan F. Maxima casino manager "
