Look out for Tomb Raider on your cellphone
Hot on the heels of Microgaming's renewed Tomb Raider license (see earlier InfoPowa reports) comes the news that the animated heroine will soon be doing her thing on mobile gambling cell phones.
Microgaming’s mobile gaming provider Spin3, which has exclusively licensed it from Eidos Interactive is putting the package together.
Matti Zinder, chief executive of Spin3 says, “Tomb Raider, and its heroine Lara Croft are iconic gaming brands and Spin3 is proud to be launching Tomb Raider Video Slot into the mobile market.”
Roger Raatgever, chief executive of Microgaming, said: “The original Tomb Raider video slot proved to be a huge hit with consumers when we launched it in October 2004. We are delighted to have secured these exclusive rights and are excited to be working with Spin3 to launch Tomb Raider to a wider mobile audience, and build on the success of the game.”
