The Adelaide Advertiser reports that the Australian wagering and online gambling firm Centrebet International is forecasting a net profit of as much as $13.6 million this financial year and is on the acquisitions trail going forward.

Centrebet chairman Graham Kelly told shareholders the company was confident of achieving a net profit of between $13 million and $13.6 million in fiscal 2008.
