New study reports that 3 million online gamblers use company time to bet each week
Online odds comparison site BetRescue has released the results of a survey which shows that a significant number of British gamblers use the workplace to indulge their gambling entertainment.
British office workers gamble over GBP 2 billion online while they are at work, according to the study... and almost three million adults admit using their company's computers for internet gambling each week.

Players are splashing out an average of GBP 23 each on football, horses, lottery sites, casino betting, poker and other gaming sites, and over the course of a year, the average work-time gambler gets through around GBP 1200.
The downside for players is that the survey showed that less than a quarter of the cash wagered is won back.
