Full details are still awaited on a terse announcement by PartyGaming and Harrah's Entertainment that they have signed a deal for PartyGaming.com to be the official sponsor of the World Series of Poker.

The agreement apparently gives the major London-listed gambling group serious advertising and publicity exposure for its PartyPoker.net information site on the well over 208 poker tables used throughout the tourney.
