After successfully using the Microgaming poker software, Canbet signs up for the casino product, too.
Online gambling turnkey provider Microgaming has announced that Canbet.com is now using its casino software, following the gambling company's switch to the Microgaming Poker Network earlier this year (see previous InfoPowa report).
On the new platform, Canbet players will be able to take advantage of over 350 cutting edge, graphic rich games, including some of the biggest licensing deals in the industry, such as The Osbournes and Hitman. In addition, players will be able to access major jackpots through the Microgaming Progressive Jackpot Network, which currently has a prize pool totalling over $6.7 million and one jackpot at over $4 million (Mega Moolah).

Canbet.com formerly used RealTime Gaming software and is a subsidiary of International All Sports Limited (IAS), Australias first licensed bookmaker. The company will continue to primarily target Canada and Europe, although it expects to make inroads into China through a number of initiatives to be launched over the next few weeks.
Mark Read, Managing Director of Canbet says, "We've been very impressed with the platform and team at Microgaming since we switched to join the Microgaming Poker Network, so there was little debate as to who would partner with us for casino software. We already have plans to continue to target emerging markets, but expect to see this addition drive growth in markets right across Europe.
Roger Raatgever, CEO, Microgaming, We are delighted that Canbet has expanded its offer to include additional software gaming products from the Microgaming portfolio its a fantastic result and testament to the great working partnership we have developed in a relatively short time. We invest heavily to ensure that all Microgaming products compete at the highest level and so are always delighted when our partners take additional software.
